Both — and we think they're inseparable. We start with strategy (positioning, voice, messaging) and build the visual system on top of that foundation.
We already have a brand. Do you do refreshes?
Yes. A brand refresh is one of our most common engagements — we audit what's working, identify what needs updating, and evolve the identity without losing recognition.
Can you help us with just one piece, like a new logo?
Yes, though we'll be honest with you if we think a standalone logo without strategy will limit your results. We offer scoped engagements and full brand builds.
What file formats will we receive?
