- Both. We have deep experience with NPSP and the newer Nonprofit Cloud. We'll help you decide which is the right fit before we start, and we won't steer you wrong.
- We already have Salesforce but it's a mess. Can you help?
- Yes — a Salesforce health check is one of our most common engagements. We diagnose what's broken, prioritize what to fix, and rebuild from there. You don't have to start from scratch.
- How much Salesforce experience does our team need?
- None going in. We build with adoption in mind and include comprehensive training so your team can own and manage the system confidently. You won't be dependent on us forever.
- Can you write custom code, or only declarative builds?
